How to Use

1. Wash and dry your feet before bed.
2. Peel the backing off the adhesive sheet, place the patch in the center, and stick it on the sole of your foot.
3. Leave on overnight (about 8 hours), then remove and discard in the morning. Rinse your feet with warm water.
